By accessing or using no-reply.email (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

no-reply.email provides free, web-based email diagnostic and DNS lookup tools including but not limited to: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC checkers and generators; MX, BIMI, and reverse DNS lookups; email validation; blacklist checking; DNS propagation checking; email header analysis; and bounce code decoding.

The Service performs real-time DNS queries and analysis. It does not send, receive, or intercept any emails.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to unauthorised access to computer systems, networks, or data.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any connected system, or circumvent any security or authentication measures.
• Use the Service as part of any automated system, bot, scraper, or data mining operation without our prior written consent.
• Submit excessive or abusive requests intended to degrade, overload, or disrupt the Service (denial-of-service).
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or gather information about individuals without their consent.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Attempt to use the Service to query internal, private, or reserved network addresses or hostnames.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

To ensure fair access for all users, the Service enforces rate limits on API requests. If you exceed these limits, your requests may be temporarily blocked. Repeated or deliberate attempts to circumvent rate limiting may result in permanent access restrictions.

The Service provides DNS lookup results and analysis on a best-effort basis. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• DNS results reflect the state of public DNS infrastructure at the time of the query and may vary between DNS resolvers, locations, and over time.
• Analysis, recommendations, and assessments provided by our tools are informational only and should not be treated as professional security advice.
• Results may be affected by DNS caching, propagation delays, network conditions, or third-party DNS server behaviour outside our control.
• We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or reliability of any results.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made based on the information provided by the Service.

The Service does not constitute professional IT, security, legal, or compliance advice. The information provided is for general informational and diagnostic purposes only. For matters relating to email security, compliance (such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS), or domain configuration in production environments, you should consult a qualified professional.

All content, design, code, trademarks, and intellectual property on no-reply.email are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted by law.

You may share links to the Service and its tool results freely.

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and services including but not limited to:

• Public DNS resolvers (Google DNS, Cloudflare DNS, OpenDNS, Quad9, and others) to perform lookups.
• Cloudflare, Inc. for CDN, security, and analytics.
• Google LLC for analytics.
• DNS-based blacklist providers (Spamhaus, Barracuda, SpamCop, and others) for reputation checks.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Their use is subject to their respective terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no-reply.email and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in tool results or analysis.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability.
• Actions taken or not taken based on information provided by the Service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We expressly disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless no-reply.email, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, and indemnification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and no-reply.email regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
